In the light of the residential projects constructed in the Eco-city, analyses the green building technologies adopted, summarizes the low-cost green building technology system suitable for Tianjin region, and studies the appropriate development and management processes of the technology system, providing reference for green building projects in Tianjin region as well as other parts in cold regions.
